We are a young construction company established in Poland in 2018. In addition to building solar power stations, we have also constructed various industrial facilities, including warehouses, factories, and multi-story buildings. Rooftop installations

Size and type of projects. We consider projects with a minimum size of 500 kW.
Our expertise covers a wide range of structures from various
manufacturers, suitable for both pitched and flat roofs.
Basic DC section: 1. Layout Marking;
2. Structure Installation;
3. Cable Routing and Connection;
4. Module Installation;
5. Grounding Connection;
6. Inverter Installation and Connection;

Teams. Team size depends on the scope of work and project planning:
1 MW and less: 7-9 team members;
4 MW and less: 14-18 team members;
10 MW and less: 20-30 team members;
10 MW and more: 30+ team members;
Each group of 10 team members is led by a team leader who speaks fluent English and is equipped with the required practical knowledge and skills.
Furthermore, a quality manager conducts site visits 1-3 times per week.

Structural installers and electricians

These team members have hands-on experience and expertise in both construction and PV installations. Each of them holds all the required documents for working in Europe, including VCA certificates. Additionally, in every team, there is an installer licensed to operate specialized equipment and an electrician with the necessary qualifications.

These are experienced professionals with a long-standing tenure at DY Energy. They are responsible for organizing and supervising the daily work processes. Each team leader is fluent in English and holds all the required documents for their job, including specialized equipment operator licenses.

Every project has a quality manager who visits the site 1-3 days a week. They make sure that everything is done well and safely. You can also talk to them if you need to change the plans or the schedule.
